Refunds, Exchanges, Custom Orders
Refunds and Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis:
- If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it at any time for a full refund. Ultimately I want my customers to be happy with their purchase.
- Return shipping is not included.
- Please ensure the product is shipped safely as any items returned damaged will not receive a refund.
- You are responsible for paying for tracking and insuring the returned package, and you must provide the tracking number to me.
- Please notify me via email at email@example.com if you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
- For the exchanged product: charges will apply to ship the exchanged item to your location and are not included in the price.
NOTE: The words RETURN, EXCHANGE, or REPAIR MUST be indicated on your Customs Slip. Failure to do so could result in me incurring customs charges, which will then be subtracted from your total refund or product and will be held until charges are paid in full*** Please make sure you mark the return package correctly.
- Estimates can be provided in advance.
- custom Orders cannot be returned or change. Workmanship is guaranteed.
- Every effort will be made to find the same materials used in the photos but something certain items are in limited availability or simply can no longer be purchased from my suppliers. This element of custom work is out of my control. I will notify you to approve any potential modifications.
- I will do my best to work within your budget.
- For all custom orders I require payment at the time of placing your order.
- Custom order times vary according to the complexity of the project, so please let me know if you need your item by a certain date. The more lead time, the better.
- Custom orders are completed a first come basis so long as final payment has been received.
